With the Cat Distribution System being so enigmatic, you can never quite tell where and when it might give you a cat. Meaning that you should always be at the ready whether you are at the office, at home or on holiday.

At least that seems to be the case for this story we came upon on Reddit's r/CatDistributionSystem subreddit. For when this story's cat mom went to work there was a fluffy feline surprise waiting for her upon arrival. Which let's be honest is roughly the last thing you would expect to be waiting for you when you get to work. Your mind is much more likely to be occupied with unread emails, unfinished tasks and motivational meetings you must attend.

But when confronted with a kitten in need this cat lover leapt into action putting her work aside for a moment and used her managerial skills to instruct someone else to go and buy treats and a carrier. You could very well say that this is one cat lady who can finally add a feline related event to her CV. So the moral of the story is to work to your strengths and always be at the ready to save a cat child in need.

Ok this has to be the most cat like person we have ever come across saving a cat. Just imagine for a moment that this person was actually a cat and then you’ll see what we mean. Because when a cat would be confronted with a situation like this, they would immediately start bossing others around, getting them to spend money and effort on the task that they are meant to be taking care of. You might take feeding a cat child as a similar example. They will not eat unless their food is in the exact place that they want it to be, but they will not move a muscle to push their bowl to their desired place, no no, they will make you do it instead.

Well, it sure sounds that this pawrent is onto a winner. A kitten with no serious health issues, plucked off the street like that is nothing to be sniffed at. It is in fact quite the miracle. In most cases cats who are scooped up from the streets come with a colorful array of problems that need to be painstakingly dealt with. Taking months or even years to overcome. And here we have a purrfect kitten just waiting for a home to live in. Its elder roommate will have to do some work adjusting to the new arrival but that is small fires compared to what cat pawrents are usually up against when adopting from the street.
